National Pump & Energy (NPE) is an experienced Australian based pump and power generation equipment rental solutions provider. We are proud to be leaders in the provision of water management and treatment solutions.

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative professional to join our Welshpool Branch. This role suits an organized individual with great problem-solving skills. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining NPE system management plans and procedures.

Position Description:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Administrative duties that will support the Asset Manager, including, arranging meetings and appointments and providing reminders;
  • Acting as a first point of contact for the West and East Business Managers;
  • Coordinate all Capital expenditure requests for approval from the national branch network and submit to Asset Manager;
  • Coordinate all Asset Disposal requests from the branch network and submit to Asset Manager;
  • Coordinate and arrange purchase orders for new equipment builds including placing orders and arranging shipping of ancillary equipment;
  • Organise travel and accommodation bookings when required;
  • Responsible for meeting minutes and generating reports as required;
  • Assist with implementation of new systems and processes, including the writing of procedures;

Skills/ Selection Criteria (qualifications & experience):

  • Exceptional organisation, and planning skills with strong adherence to deadlines
  • Patient, flexible and adaptable to changing and challenging circumstances
  • Great problemsolving and an ability to work well under pressure and support team members
  • Teamplayer with an ability to contribute to ongoing improvement and expansion within your own knowledge and skill set
  • Ability to work with flexibility and initiative with limited direction or supervision
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Available to travel to all other branches nationally as required

Desirable:

  • Previous experience as a Rental Coordinator
  • Certificate III in Business Administration
  • Personal Assistant experience
  • Stock Control and Stocktake experience
