THE ROLE

This position will lead and drive key projects in Service Agreements Quality and Systems (SAQS) by managing governance, processes, procurement, systems and solutions, documentation and where applicable, implementation.

Projects will relate to critical functions, systems and processes oversighted across SAQS and will involve a range of internal and external stakeholders.

The first key project will be to progress the Service Agreement.

ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

  • Manage and oversee the full life cycle of projects to meet departmental objectives including:
  • Leading research, analysis and implementation of complex projects based on defined outcomes and outputs.
  • Managing and overseeing projects or subprojects and being accountable for the successful delivery and completion of the projects/subprojects within resourcing, timeline, and budget parameters.
  • Monitoring and evaluating projects to ensure departmental objectives are met within timeframes.
  • Provide leadership, guidance and authoritative advice to internal and external stakeholders and prepare and present detailed, comprehensive reports, ministerial briefs, cabinet, and agency submissions on complex matters.
  • Proactively build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate a partnership approach.
