Current Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager, the Senior Hospitality Attendant is responsible for overseeing the in-house catering function on the client floor, ensuring its efficient operation. They also manage internal and external hospitality requirements and events.

What a Day Looks Like

  • Provide hospitality and catering services to the BDO client floor, including beverage & food services for meetings (excluding specific events)
  • Set up beverage stations for events and gatherings
  • Ensure catering requirements are met through the meeting room manager system
  • Manage catering budget and seek cost-saving opportunities
  • Process catering invoices accurately
  • Manage in-house catering for the client floor
  • Organize firm's in-house functions and events
  • Oversee breakfast hub and kitchen cleanliness

Requirements for Success

  • Knowledge of food safety laws
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Client-focused mindset with a proactive approach
  • Corporate hospitality experience preferred
  • RSA certificate and Barista qualification
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Working Hours

  • Early Shift: 7:30am - 4pm
  • Late Shift: 9:30am - 6pm

Flexibility required for early or late meetings or events.
