The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced
Aircraft Maintenance Coordinator to support the Wedgetail maintenance and modification program. This role is based in Amberley, Queensland and will support a diverse team on an exciting and rewarding program.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and coordination of aircraft deeper level maintenance and modification to support the Wedgetail Maintenance Plan.
  • Liaise with key support stakeholders including supply, engineering, planning and modification integration specialist.
  • Provide direction to the maintenance team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks to achieve successful production of serviceable aircraft.
  • Hold delegated authorities under the DASR 145 Aircraft Maintenance Regulatory Framework to support maintenance task.
  • Ensure Boeing Safety Guiding Principals are promoted to further develop a generative safety culture.
  • Maintain compliance with the Boeing MOE to provide first time Quality.

Experience / Qualifications

  • Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical, Avionics or Structures)
  • Be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of Aviation Quality Assurance (QA) procedures and the DASR 145 Aircraft Maintenance Regulatory Framework
  • Have a working knowledge of computerbased maintenance management systems.
  • Hold a C class driver's license
  • Experience on E7A Wedgetail and / or experience as a maintenance coordinator or maintenance manager
  • Resource and asset scheduling and coordination experience
  • A high level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
