The Role & Project
MACA Infrastructure are seeking a

Float Driver to join our growing team working from our Dandenong South depot. The position will be responsible for safely transporting plant and equipment to sites across Victoria.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Carry out prestart checks to ensure the machine is safe to operate.
  • Operate plant in an efficient and effective manner in order to achieve floating targets.
  • Report any faults and defects of plant immediately to the Supervisor.
  • Report all hazards, incidents, near misses and accidents immediately to the Supervisor.
  • Carry out any other tasks as directed by the Supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Actively participate and contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of MACA work practices.

We are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Current HC driver's license.
  • Commitment to safety in the workplace.
  • Construction white card.
  • The ability to live away from home.
