Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for designing and nurturing the project testing strategy to enhance efficiency.
  • Oversee test execution, establish project indicators and metrics, and analyze qualitative implementation.
  • Interpret data and propose improvement plans with dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop relationships with senior members of development, production, and design teams to improve player experience.
  • Promote process transformation and identify technical solutions and automation opportunities.
  • Highlight project insights, dependencies, or risks through data analysis and collaboration.
  • Promote knowledge sharing within the team.
What Frostbite QA is seeking:
  • 2+ years of relevant QA work experience in entertainment software or game development.
  • Experience in quality assurance strategies and process management.
  • Must have an experimental mindset and strive for innovation.
