Requirements of the role:

  • Previous experience recruiting bluecollar positions temporary and permanent
  • A strong desire to succeed, be hungry to deliver results and grow a team around you who will do the same.
  • Undertake thorough and professional interviews and complete highquality reference checks. We're not just here to tick a box.
  • Ability and drive to assist with account management from time to time.

Strong administrative skills to optimise time and ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.

  • Valid drivers licence and own transport to provide onsite presence when required
