The Opportunity

Geelong as an
Internal Salesperson. Metalcorp is a leading rural Australian steel distributor, supplying brands for the land through our branches and stockists across Australia.

No previous industry experience is necessary as you will receive training as part of our comprehensive onboarding program and ongoing support to learn all aspects of the role, which will include product knowledge and our systems.

You will be great at multi-tasking and customer service will be something you are passionate about.

You will enjoy being part of a fun team and adding your personality will really make this role your own.

What Will You Do?
Being a crucial point of contact for our customers, you will be required to:

• prepare and follow up customer quotes and processing sales

- attend to retail counter sales
- resolve issues and seek ways to improve the customer's experience
- arrange specific customer delivery requests
- general administration tasks as required

Seeking an enthusiastic and motivated people person, you'll bring:

• excellent communication skills and a high standard of customer focus with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently

- a can-do attitude and the ability to pick up new and custom IT systems quickly (SAP), you're a keen learner
- high attention to detail and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously with your superior time management skills
