THE ROLE

CSR have an exciting opportunity for a Sales, Business Development Manager to provide leadership and support to our team in Queensland.


Your duties include:

  • Focus on growing Commercial fitout systems in the Commercial, office and industrial segment sector with contractors & builders consequent aligning segments, while identifying and facilitating business growth opportunities direct and nondirect.
  • Ensure the effective handover of specified projects and complete the conversion to the sale.
  • Support and collaborate with account management teams and other CSR sales channels to align their performance to target results.
  • Embrace teamwork with account managers through joint calls, educating and influencing Himmel & Martini products and implementing sales tools for account managers to effectively manage Himmel enquiries.
  • Actively promote Himmel (Commercial Fitout Systems) at Trade Shows, Expo's, and Industry events.
  • Investigate, report, and embrace a continuous improvement approach to service and quality levels based on feedback, resolution matters.

THE PERSON

This is a fantastic opportunity to steer your career into a much larger role within CSR we are ideally looking for someone who is a self-motivated leader who has a passion for people and customer service.

You will either need to be currently working in a Business Development or Sales role within the building industry or worked in a similar position.

Above all else, an in depth understanding of how to create excellent customer experience and sales will see you excel in this role
