Rae-Line is one of the largest commercial upholstery and sports and safety padding companies in Australia.
We supply some of the biggest names in the automotive, heavy transport and sports padding industries including Kenworth, Iveco, Paccar Parts, Bounce and Socobell.
Based in a modern manufacturing complex, occupying nine factories in Kilsyth, Rae-Line currently employs more than 130+ employees. As Rae-Line is expanding its business into new Customers and Product the need for production staff grows.

About the Position
We are looking for savvy Factory Hands to work in our Sports Padding Department. Hours are flexible 6am-4pm Mon to Thurs or some work on Fridays.
Our sports padding are world famous and are installed in Bounce centres and kids gymnasium & jump centres around the World.
Experience as a general factory hand in a manufacturing setting is desired but not essential, as training is provided.Key Behaviours
- Good computer skills (able to use tablets).
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good time management & communication skills.
- Drives for results, shows initiative and enthusiasm.
- Good problem solving skills, ability to make timely decisions exercising good judgment.
- Excellent reliability.
- Willingness to learn as much as possible.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Understanding and/or experience with common manufacturing methods and principles
- General Factory experience working in a fast passed environment
- Experienced using hand tooling
- Machine operation (desired but not essential, will train)
