Hotel Linen Services is seeking a high performing and self-motivated General Manager to lead our team and help us further build on our foundations in preparation for future growth plans.

About the Role
As the General Manager, you will be at the forefront of executing our vision and ensuring that Hotel Linen Services remains a leader in the market.

Your responsibilities will include:

Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the laundry, ensuring productivity outcomes are achieved in a safe and efficient manner. Help the team maintaining the highest standards of quality and service delivery to our hotel partners.

Leadership: Inspire and motivate a diverse team of approximately 40 staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Develop the leadership team to deliver an exceptional employee experience, whilst motivating and developing their own teams.

Team Development: Foster a culture of learning and development, investing in the growth and success of your team members. Encourage continuous education and provide mentorship to build a skilled and engaged workforce.

Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with our suppliers and current hotel partners, understanding their needs and providing outstanding service.
