Job Description:

We are seeking a Storeperson to join our Blackwater Mine team in a permanent full-time role. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee receipt, dispatch, and inventory control within specified timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and control parts issuance for work orders
• Handle returns of surplus stock items and process system adjustments
• Efficiently receive and dispatch goods
• Maintain clear documentation
• Develop and update tooling registers
• Manage lifting equipment records and certificates
• Conduct inventory audits
• Maintain stock levels for consumables and PPE
• Record daily fuel and oil levels
• Monitor budgets and expenses
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements

About You:

• Prior warehouse experience in construction or heavy equipment
• Experience with computerized catalog and inventory control systems like JDE
• C Class Drivers Licence
• Forklift Operators Certification
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills
• Ability in work planning and scheduling
• Experience with medium to large mine operators (desirable)
