The Opportunity
Reporting into the Sales and Marketing Director for Prescription, this role will be responsible for leading, managing and overseeing the prescription marketing team to ensure ongoing strategic and tactical objectives are met in accordance with business growth plans and imperatives for the Australia prescription business.
This role is responsible for developing marketing strategies and plans for a portfolio of prescription products across therapeutic areas including Obesity, Dermatology and Pain along with leading a marketing team and management of all marketing resources.
Key to this role is your high-level focus and expertise in devising and implementing ongoing omnichannel marketing strategies across key prescription brands to achieve short and long-term business objectives.

- Accountabilities include:_
- Responsibility for leading the annual marketing planning process to ensure business objectives are defined and plans developed including sales forecasts, budgets and competitor analysis
- Overseeing the development, production and implementation of omnichannel brand strategies within the prescription portfolio
- Collaboration with National and State Sales Managers to devise brand plans and execution and ensuring strong sales and marketing collaboration across the Rx team
- As a key member of Rx leadership team actively participate in prescription leadership national sales and executive level meetings and presentations
- Ongoing people management including actively influencing the overall performance of the team against KPI's, goals and objectives
About You
To be successful in this role you will possess demonstrable high-level experience in a similar role as a Prescription Product Marketing Manager within the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on leadership and omnichannel marketing strategies.
- Key requirements for this role include:_
- Tertiary qualifications in science, commerce/business, marketing or related discipline
- Previous experience leading and managing prescription marketing teams and involvement in crossfunctional team leadership including people management experience
- Previous experience in omnichannel marketing principles including developing effective and ongoing wide ranging omnichannel initiatives, insights and objectives
- Demonstrated knowledge of marketing principles and commercial and financial analysis ability
