Pipe Welder – Supervisor

About the role:

We're looking for an experienced Welder Supervisor to oversee our welding operations, ensure safety, quality, and team performance. You will collaborate with our welding team and management to meet project deadlines, maintain safety standards

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise welding work, meeting project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Ensure safety compliance and provide training.
  • Lead, mentor, and train the welding team.
  • Manage welding materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Collaborate with other departments.

Skills/Experience:

  • Trade qualifications in welding or equivalent
  • Hold a valid Driver's License
  • Construction White Card
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • EWP, confined spaces, working at heights
