We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planners (Short term, Long Term and Senior) to assist with the safe and efficient execution of operational activities, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure planned and unplanned works are completed within required timeframes, and in compliance with Fortescue's Work Management Procedures.

We have opportunities based locally in Perth OR across Fortescue's Pilbara locations Roster: Monday to Friday - Perth-based OR 8 D/6 R or 4 D/3 R - FIFO ex Perth, Busselton, Broome, Karratha, Port Headland, Fitzroy Crossing and Kununurra Key Responsibilities Coordinate labour, resources, materials and vendors to ensure the efficient execution of operational plans within required timeframes Develop optimised maintenance plans and schedules, and communicate these to various stakeholders, delegating tasks and responsibilities as required Ensure schedules are work ready and all required resources are readily available Maintain master data in SAP, ensuring asset registers are current and costs are allocated to the correct areas Maintain and control all work order requests, and review work completion to ensure compliance Deliver continuous improvement ideas with a focus on safety, cost and efficiency Qualifications and Experience Electrical or mechanical trade qualification preferred FIFO mining experience essential Previous planning and scheduling experience, ideally within a mining environment Computer literacy skills, with previous experience in Maintenance Systems (SAP preferred)Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office suite of programs (Project & Excel preferred)Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet multiple deadlines Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and associated cost control systems Our Commitment Fortescue is deeply committed to providing a safe culture that builds respect, fosters inclusiveness, and values diversity.
