MACA Infrastructure are seeking a committed

Grader Operator to join our growing team working on a variety of projects across Victoria. The position will be responsible for achieving set targets in a safe and timely manner with the plant they have been assessed as competent in operating.

Responsibilities include:

  • Carry out prestart checks to ensure the machine is safe to operate.
  • Operate the plant in an efficient and effective manner in order to achieve the shift production targets.
  • Report any faults and defects of the plant immediately to the Supervisor.
  • Report all hazards, incidents, near misses and accidents immediately to the Supervisor.
  • Carry out any other tasks as directed by the Supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Actively participate and contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of MACA work practices.

We are looking for:

  • Experience in Grader operation, final trim an advantage
  • Current Driver's License
  • Commitment to safety in the workplace
  • Construction White Card
  • The ability to live away from home
