We are looking for a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) A4Group to lead our company into its next phase of growth and innovation.As the CEO, you will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, leadership, management and growth of the company. You will work closely with the executive team to drive growth, operational efficiency, and market expansion, ensuring the company meets its financial and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the company's strategic vision and short-term/long-term goals. Lead the company towards achieving its mission and objectives, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.

Short-term - building a business operating system for a new scale;

medium-term - scaling sales and full factory utilization in 3 shifts;

long-term goal = creation and development of own successful food supplements brand.

Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the plant, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in production, quality control, supply chain management, and customer service.

Market Expansion and Sales Development: Drive market expansion efforts by identifying new business opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's presence in existing and new markets.Create a high-performing sales development function that drives revenue growth through effective lead generation, qualification, and nurturing, ultimately converting prospects into satisfied customers.

Product Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation within the company, encouraging the development of new food supplements and improvement of existing ones to meet customer needs and market trends.

Financial Oversight: Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure financial health and stability, while identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the executive team and other senior leaders within the company. Promote a positive and collaborative work environment that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent.

Corporate Governance: Work with the board to establish and implement corporate policies and governance practices. Provide regular updates on company performance and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• English B2+
• Proven experience 5+ years in a senior executive role, preferably as a CEO or in a similar leadership position within the food supplement distribution/retail or related industry.
• Strong understanding of the food supplement industry, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape.
• Demonstrated success in driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, financial performance, and investments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
