About the Role

Reporting to the Logistics Operations Manager, this position is responsible for daily inventory reconciliation and transferring stocks between multiple locations which includes import and export.


Mains responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Monitor the Inbound and outbound transaction through daily inventory reconciliation.
Monitor and report Dyson's performance against KPIs.

Track & trace inbound and outbound shipments and proactively follow up as required to ensure desired service results.

Communicate and fix transaction errors.

Manage shipment exceptions, shipment prioritization and expedited shipments.

Summarize logistics, operations, and freight costs.

Resolve logistics/shipping issues with a sense of urgency.

Work closely with Planning team and Region Supply Chain to ensure timely transfer between locations.

Escalate the issue in timely manner wherever needed.


Work with the Finance and Logistics team in reviewing invoices for validity, disputing charges where necessary and submitting invoices for payment within agreed upon time frame.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be well organised and detailed orientated with the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

You are a self-starter who can work autonomously and in a team environment to resolve issues.

Previous skills & experience:

  • Solid experience of international logistics and trade compliance in consumer products.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Strong analytical skills.

Strong in Excel and experience in SAP/S4

Import and Export operation understanding
