ROLE

Incredible opportunity for an experienced Marketing and Fundraising Manager to lead a team of 5 to drive growth, program participation and social impact in support of their vision.

You get to carry overall responsibility for developing and implementing marketing and fundraising strategy through execution of direct marketing strategies with a focus on

regular giving (face to face),

community fundraising, grants, bequests and corporates.
Reporting to the CEO, this is your opportunity to build your fundraising and marketing experience and join this iconic organisation at an exciting time of growth and investment

  • Work with external agencies to acquire new supporters via F2F and developing and implementing other acquisition strategies
  • Development and deployment of supporter journeys for donors (focus on regular)
  • Develop and implement parent communications journeys
  • Develop supporter insights strategies to increase our understanding of donors, parents and other stakeholders,
  • Deploy statewide fundraising campaigns and social impact campaigns to the wider public
  • Manage the content for all digital channels
  • Development and execute communications to schools to attract and retain participation


 Donor retention
  • Donor save, reactivation and upgrade strategies
  • Further develop broader fundraising strategy to increase revenue across Bequests, Corporates and Grants

YOUR SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Demonstrated success in fundraising/marketing management within the NFP environment
  • Experience of managing a regular giving program (face to face experience highly regarded)
  • Strategic thinker, able to translate strategy into action
  • Strong understanding of best practice fundraising and marketing
  • Skilled in leading and mentoring a team with clear communication style
  • A proven track record in driving net revenue growth
  • Demonstrated project and stakeholder management experience
  • Welldeveloped interpersonal and communication skills with ability to manage relationships
  • Ability to manage budgets with proven track record in delivering results
