The Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Temporary Accounts Payable Officer to join their Finance Team ASAP. Manage the accounts payable function end to end whilst providing billing and invoicing support to the finance team. Your core duties will include;

  • End to end accounts payable duties
  • Responsible for high volume supplier invoice processing
  • Processing of invoices including, matching to purchase orders and processing of weekly/end of month payment runs
  • Review and verification of supplier statements
  • Daily reconciliations of bank and credit card transactions
  • Processing of intercompany invoices

About You:

  • Previous accounts payable experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive and approachable attitude
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
