The position is a part-time role; we are open 7 days so your roster could vary We are conveniently located in Westfield Miranda where we have onsite parking ($5 a day), close to public transport, and obviously all the amenities', shops, and cafes that the 5-level building has to offer

The Heart of the Role:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
  • Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
  • Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
  • Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
  • Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
  • Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management

What you'll bring:

  • Experience working at a local Australian Dental practice highly regarded
  • Passionate about customer service / patient care
  • Organised with attention to detail
  • A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
  • Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
  • A compassionate and kind attitude
