About the Role
We are looking for a Mobile Maintenance Execution Supervisor for the Ancillary workshop at Mining Area C. As a Supervisor, you will lead a skilled team responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of our Ancillary large fleet to guarantee performance, availability, and integrity.
Under the guidance of the Superintendent Ancillary Equipment Maintenance, your responsibilities will include:
- Demonstrating a strong commitment to health, safety, and the environment
- Setting and communicating clear targets and expectations
- Supervising, coaching, and mentoring employees to achieve goals and build a high-performing team
- Managing the service and refueling of all Mining Mobile Equipment Maintenance work
- Overseeing the materials logistics team to optimize parts availability and delivery
- Ensuring proper maintenance tools and equipment are in good working order
- Recording and completing all work accurately in 1SAP/FIORI
- Creating, communicating, and implementing the Mining Mobile Equipment Maintenance work plan
- Assisting in monitoring all contractor work activities
About You
As the ideal candidate, you should have:
- Experience in leading and mentoring teams with the ability to provide leadership and develop supervisory staff
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role within a mining environment, particularly in maintaining heavy earthmoving equipment
- Statutory 26 appointed person qualification
- Current full "C" class motor vehicle license
- Diploma in Frontline Management or participation in a formal leadership program
- Knowledge of WHS Act 2020 and WHS Regulations 2022
- Familiarity with maintenance systems such as 1SAP/Fiori, Standardized work, Microsoft Office, and I-Auditor
