About the role


TAFE NSW is looking for industry qualified teachers of Business Services to join our team as Casual Teachers at Blacktown, Richmond and Blue Mountain campus.

There may also be opportunities to also support teaching across other campus locations within the Western Sydney region.

Excellent opportunity to share your industry knowledge and expertise with an engaged student cohort. You will become part of a highly driven and successful team who work collaboratively to achieve students' success.

This recruitment will also be used to create a suitability list which may be used to fill future similar positions within the Western Sydney region.


About You
To succeed in this role, you are an industry expert in one of the following fields:

  • Business
  • Human Resources
  • Leadership & Management
You are closely involved with the Business Services Industry and maintain your industry connections.

You keep abreast of current industry requirements in business services and have a willingness to continue to obtain industry knowledge.

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to share information with your students through face to face and connected learning platforms.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially MS Teams and technologically savvy.

To be considered for the role you will have:

  • Diploma (or above) in a relevant field (Business / Human Resources/ Leadership and Management)
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent
  • Minimum of three years postqualification experience relevant to your qualifications, gained no longer than five years previously
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining professional currency
