Lead a team of business analysts to define a business operating model to support project outcomes and future strategic solutions To steward the direction of the business analysis practice across the Westpac Group towards industry best practice What do I need?Demonstrated ability to coach individuals and groups to demonstrate personal accountability for both outcomes and corrective actions where obligations have not been met Superior problem solving skills by facilitating sessions on complex issues; coach others in identifying effective and efficient activities to understand a problem and the recommended solutions Demonstrate and role model coaching, influencing, and negotiation skills Demonstrate the ability to coach others and show by way of example superior written and oral skills in providing succinct and clear messaging that scales and engage appropriately3 -5+ years in a comparable KYC, policy, framework related project BA role in a Financial Crime environment Good understanding of complex customer types - Companies, Trusts, Partnerships, Associations etc.
Understanding of AML/CTF and Sanctions regulatory frameworks Proven experience engaging with senior stakeholders across multiple divisions.Proven experience working with and developing SOPs for an operational team in a large organisation Proven experience working in financial crime programs specifically in the areas of transaction monitoring, sanctions, KYC, AML screening and areas of regulatory reporting like TTR, IFTI, SMR.
