The Customer Health & Care team is committed to empowering customers in their health and connecting care for better health outcomes.


Reporting to the Head of Healthcare Strategy, this role will manage the development of a healthcare strategy for CHC that aligns with the APAC Health Insurance (HI) strategy and the Global strategy, with a key focus on expanding Bupa's healthcare programs and partners.


We are looking for a strategic and commercial thinker, who is passionate about improving our customers healthcare experience, health outcomes and the affordability of healthcare.

**This is a permanent full-time position, based in Melbourne office. Bupa offers hybrid working arrangements and you can work from the office or from home)

How will I help?

You will add value by:

  • Leading the development of prioritisation frameworks and analysis to identify the highest value strategic drivers for deeper analysis with the objective of improving our customers healthcare experience
  • Develop actionable insights and recommendations by conducting data driven analysis that utilises various data sources (both qualitative and quantitively) to support decisionmaking
  • Identify healthcare programs and partnership priorities to strengthen Bupa's profile as a leading healthcare partner and provide support to Bupa's customer base.
  • Leverage and communicate local and international health trends, customer insights and understanding of commercial drivers to identify and articulate target segments and corresponding value propositions / health programs and/or partnerships.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather insights and build a relationship as a trusted healthcare advisor.
  • Champion health innovation, customer centricity and change throughout the business to strengthen Bupa's profile as a leading healthcare partner and provide support to Bupa's customer base.

What do I need?

  • We are looking for someone with experience within the Healthcare industry and a clinical background or qualification would be advantageous in this role.
  • You will have experience translating healthcare insights into strategy and recommendations, along with strong stakeholder managements skills and the ability to influence and engage across a diverse range of stakeholder groups.
