A new position has become available to join the team as an Order Entry Clerk in a full-time role Monday to Friday (730am - 330pm).

About the role:

Reporting to the Order Entry Team Lead, your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

  • Daily unpacking of orders
  • Processing and entering new orders and repairs
  • Processing and monitoring credit returns
  • Handling customer's hearing aids and new stock

Skills and abilities required:

  • Strong administrative skills, coupled with good communication skills
  • Experience working proactively in a team to achieve a high level of customer service
  • Ability to interact with Supply Chain departments
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, fast learner with the ability to multi-task
  • Intermediate computer skills – ability to use multi-screens, short cuts, managing multiple programs at once
  • Intermediate Office 365 skills – predominantly Outlook and Word
  • Experience with LN Infor, Salesforce or other CRM systems would by highly regarded
  • Ability to problem solve as an individual and within a team.
