About The Role

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive tests on paper and board samples and accurately report findings.
  • Engage in quality analysis, lab data interpretation, and internal equipment calibration checks.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects, contributing to the enhancement of laboratory operations and efficiency.
  • Maintain laboratory cleanliness and adhere to strict housekeeping practices.
  • Assist in troubleshooting equipment and product issues, ensuring the reliability of test results.
Attributes And Skills Required

  • Experience in mechanical testing, laboratory testing or a material science background is highly regarded.
  • A tertiary qualification in science or engineering is desirable, though not mandatory.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a systematic approach to work.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging with team members and internal stakeholders.
