Modern Medicine is looking for a superstar administration trainee.

This role is for someone wanting to undergo further training and be supported with practical experience on the job at the same time.

*Please note a traineeship involves a formal process of study (usually cert 3 or 4) which we will help organise for you.


Modern Medicine is a local multimodality Allied Health clinic focused on holistic methods of keeping our clients healthy and well.

All training will be provided and no experience is necessary. This role is all about finding the right fit.

Key duties will involve:

  • Welcome all clients attending the clinic, communicate with arrange of people from various backgrounds.
  • Manage practitioner appointment schedules, continuing to update practitioners on any changes to their schedules as required
  • Maintain a high level of clinic organisation and hygiene at all times, assisting with general cleaning duties throughout the clinic.
  • General office administration tasks, including scanning, filing, faxing and shredding

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Salary:
$ $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ballarat, VIC 3350: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
