What are you responsible for?

  • Ensuring that Team Members comply with QSE & Food Safety standards.
  • Elevate the performance the team you lead by providing coaching and feedback, and facilitating training
  • Using Krispy Kreme systems and processes to help manage food safety and compliance as outlined by the expectations set by your store manager
  • Leading your team to make sure they complete all their assigned tasks on time and in line with Krispy Kreme standards.
  • Dealing professionally with Customer feedback in line with Krispy Kreme standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Managing cash handling in line with procedures including security procedures.
  • Overseeing the quality of all products intended for customers and liaising you're your Manager to inform internal or external suppliers of any issues with quality, timeliness, or suitability.
  • Manage on shift components of achieving sales, labour and materials targets as outlined by your manager
  • Acting as the 'Store Champion' as directed by your manager to lead the roll out of promotions, local store marketing activities, and in-store special events.
