The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) is a justice service that resolves a wide range of disputes for the Victorian community, including renting, planning, and consumer disputes.

About the RoleOver the past 2 years the Division has had a high turnover of staff and has required a strong focus on training and development.
The Deputy Registrar is responsible for assisting the TeamLeaders in developing and delivering inductions and staff training.About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate, adaptable and able to identify opportunities for improvement.
To ensure you are set up for success in this role you will need to:
- possess demonstrated experience in developing and bringing out the best in individuals and teams
- pride yourself on your exceptional attention to detail
- have a demonstrated ability to plan and prioritise own and team tasks in a fast-paced environment
- possess well-developed interpersonal skills
- have proven experience in building and maintaining positive and productive professional relationships
- possess demonstrated ability to identify, develop and implement service improvements to enhance servicedelivery and
- have proven experience in building strong relationships with staff, members and stakeholders to understand anddeliver on service needs.
