The Role....
Under the supervision of the Collections Team Leader, your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Retrieval of delinquent consumer accounts overdue by 30 days
  • 90+ days
  • encompassing telecommunications, financial services, and utility accounts, among others.
  • Employing various methods to conduct skip tracing.
  • Negotiating and overseeing payment plans.
  • Collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders to resolve client inquiries.

You.....
To excel in this position, you should possess experience in the following domains and demonstrate the subsequent personal attributes:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in consumer or commercial collections, preferably within a mercantile setting, OR experience gained in a high-volume call centre environment in a customer service capacity.
  • Exposure to managing delinquent accounts exceeding 90 days past due is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the capacity to effortlessly establish rapport.
  • Proficient negotiation abilities and a strong willingness to work collaboratively with clients to attain favourable outcomes.
