Role Description:

  • Operating meat processing machines Removing bones and preparing cuts of meat, including mincing and grinding for sale, and preparing products like minced meat and sausages.
  • Ensuring meats are cut, marinated, seasoned, and stored correctly.
  • Performing customer service duties, offering suggestions and advice on meat selection and preparation.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the work environment and equipment, including machines and tools, and adhering to food safety standards in all areas of operation.

Role Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in meat processing or a related field.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality in all tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers.
  • Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
