Super Retail Group are looking for a Supply Chain Systems Specialist based at their Strathpine office in Brisbane.

The role will be responsible for supporting the various systems within Super Retail Group that help run the Distribution Centre operations.

This may involve triaging, correcting and monitoring systems and operational or process, testing of future version releases, development and release of approved configuration and/or reporting changes.


The role is also responsible for being the lead contact for the warehouse operational and continuous improvement teams around maintaining best practice and standardisation along with identifying, calculating and proposing improvements to the processes and systems.


The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Required to be a key business resource for supply chain systems
  • Work with stakeholders on new functionality, features and support of multiple systems
  • Continually improve the operational experience with system enhancements
  • Support the implementation of the WMS change project, including network adoption, configuration and site use requirements for product range
  • Coordinate and assist with triaging, monitoring and resolution of supply chain system issues
  • Responsible for planned quarterly system upgrade testing and migration to production environments
  • Document and share gained knowledge to support the system and stakeholders

About You:

  • Previous experience in warehouse operations in a senior leadership capacity desired
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn supply chain systems and take proactive steps to upskill knowledge on an ongoing basis
  • Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders to understand and manage operational requirements, enhancement requests and system issues
  • Ability to work with external stakeholders on new functionality, features and support cases
  • Aptitude to cross train and share knowledge with appropriate team members
  • Experience in analysing data sets to support relevant issue investigations or business cases
  • Ability to undertake continuous improvement in an operational environment
