Join our Global Business Resilience team, who are responsible for the implementation of the framework that ensures Macquarie can anticipate, withstand, respond and recover from business disruptions.

This role is a 12-month maternity leave cover.

What role will you play?


As the Digital Resilience Platform and Product Owner, you will manage and develop our resilience platform, maximising the value it provides, assess the impact of changes and ensure alignment to regulatory and customer needs.

You will ensure Operational Resilience requirements are met in platform both regionally and globally, including integrations, mapping, tolerance and scenario testing.

You will also support aligned technology teams with incident management, security and compliance settings, data backup/recovery, performance monitoring/optimisation, access control, integrations, system wide parameters and coding business rule workflows and configurations.


What you offer

  • Previous experience managing a platform, ideally in Salesforce
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence others
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • An understanding of project/change management principles
  • An understanding of the Financial Services landscape is advantageous.
