About the Role:

As a Technology Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of complex projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with our strategic goals.

Working collaboratively with our business SMEs and Partners, you will utilise your planning and delivery judgement to guide and build delivery roadmaps. You will also engage with stakeholders across our organisation on delivery initiatives requiring consultation and input.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end delivery of projects & initiatives (IT &/or business led) in a timely and transparent manner
  • Liaise with business stakeholders, product owners and SMEs to understand and capture requirements and specifications
  • Help build and manage a light weight, seamless and efficient PMO
  • Liaise with the development teams (internal and partners) during systems analysis, design & implementation phases of the project.
  • Proactively manage stakeholders, priorities and competing requirements
  • Proactively manage scope, budgets & resourcing
  • Assist with the review of applications or solutions
  • Prepare packs and conduct presentations as required
  • Ensure appropriate Service Transition to Business and IT Support Teams
  • Using platforms such as Jirra, Trello, MS Project to track and report on projects/enhancements
  • Organise, co-ordinate/lead and communicate deployments, outages and releases (may occur outside business hours)
  • Conduct testing of new or existing Features
  • Other initiatives as required for co-ordination and driving


Skills & Experience:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT
  • 5-10 years working in Technology
  • 3+ years experience in project and/or delivery management


Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Lean, Agile & Waterfall methodologies
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and delivery focus
  • Experience in vendor management
  • Experience with software development and delivery
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of SDLC
  • Certification in Prince2, PMP or equivalent
  • MCA/Loans or Financial Industry is advantageous
  • Experience with core platforms & CRMs
  • Able to get involved and wear multiple hats in the Delivery space
  • Continuously improve Delivery
