The Role & Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will be around general maintenance,Ensure all guest maintenance requests are solved in a timely manner. complete repairs to fixtures, fittings.including repairing, patching, and painting walls also Coordinating and liaise with external contractors when required. along with cleaning duties, gardening duties, reasonable Physical activities when needed it.

Be willing to support and assist different department Undertake maintenance projects focus on preventive and report any repairs which exceed your skill and/or require a license or permit which you do not hold.

You will be required to maintain stock of spare parts and replacements, update maintenance logs and supervise external contractors as required.

Adherence to Occupational health and safety and security is paramount.


This role is a rewarding experience and allows you to work freely and there is a potential to progress into a management role when the opportunities arise.

Reporting to the operations Manager

Skills & Experience

  • Strong communication, organisational and time management skillsThe ability to work well within a team and unsupervised,
- knowledge in general building, maintenance and repairs

  • Hardworking with a happy "can do" attitude
