Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained to showcase our products effectively.
  • Analyze sales reports and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Implement strategies to minimize loss prevention and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that encourages teamwork and personal development.

Your Skills:

  • Previous experience in retail management, preferably in high volume or bigbox retail.
  • Preferably experience working in a fashion outlet environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop a team.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience in executing VM guides and standards to a high level
  • Organised and structure individual who has an eye for detail
