In this position, you will be the primary contact for engaging, developing, and overseeing staff and subcontractors essential for delivering Supply Chain materials and services for Babcock WA Operations.

Your primary responsibility will involve creating a detailed execution plan for the development of inventory management processes and the supply chain/procurement strategy for WA Operations.

This plan must align seamlessly with corporate objectives, particularly in areas of risk management and capability growth.

Furthermore, your role includes the establishment of robust, efficient, and effective procurement policies and practices, which are pivotal to ensuring the competitive success of the business.

Extensive Logistics experience in operational and engineering services-based supply chain environment.
A broad understanding of engineering capabilities within both Tier One and Tier Two organisations.
Strong Negotiation skills as well as high level analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Defence security clearance.
