Are you passionate about gaming and creating exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking a dynamic Gaming Attendant with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team.

As a Gaming Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our gaming facilities while delivering outstanding service to our patrons.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain gaming machines and equipment.
• Assist patrons with inquiries, provide information on games, and ensure adherence to gaming regulations.
• Monitor gaming areas for compliance with rules and regulations, including age restrictions and responsible gaming practices.
• Handle cash transactions and reconcile gaming revenues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of gaming areas.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall gaming experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Gaming Attendant or similar role.
• Valid gaming licence is essential.
• Strong knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends, afternoons, and occasional overnight shifts.
