We are currently seeking a friendly and outgoing Host/Hostess to join our team.

As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, warmly welcoming them as they arrive and ensuring that their dining experience begins on a positive note.

Your hospitality and attention to detail will set the tone for their visit, leaving a lasting impression and encouraging them to return time and time again.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage the seating chart and coordinate table assignments to optimize seating capacity and guest flow.
  • Escort guests to their tables and provide menus, ensuring that they feel welcomed and valued.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.
  • Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Monitor the dining area to ensure that all guests are receiving attentive service and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Assist with general restaurant duties as needed, including answering phones, taking reservations, and maintaining cleanliness in the reception area.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
