About the position
Every team member plays a role in enhancing our members' experiences. As an IT Contract & Procurement Advisor within our Technology – Enabling Services team, you will oversee essential IT sourcing and commercial tasks for a significant Technology Project within the Australian Retirement Trust.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in IT Sourcing and Commercial practices also understand Vendor Management. A crucial aspect of this role involves sourcing, negotiating, and managing stakeholders, thus previous experience in creating contract materials, securing supplier contracts, including negotiating terms and performance criteria, and obtaining stakeholder approvals is preferred. About you
Aside from being an outstanding communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, you must be adept at problem-solving and quick, creative thinking. The following qualifications and skills would also be beneficial:

  • Relevant expertise or a tertiary qualification in a related field and/or Level 4 accreditation with the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply Australia (CIPSA).
  • Experience in analyzing unstructured data and producing management reports.
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to write effectively for an Executive audience.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and working under tight deadlines.
