ADD VALUE - THE ROLE


Providing lunch coverage support on the Mobile Preschool, this role is responsible for supporting the delivery of quality Children's Services for Singleton children and families.


To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • A Diploma in Children's Services, or equivalent, or working towards achieving this qualification
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • First Aid Certificate, including anaphylaxis and asthma training
  • Previous experience in the care of children aged 0
  • Knowledge of curriculum and legislative frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills


This position is offered on a permanent, part-time basis working 16 hours per week (Tuesday - Friday) with additional hours required for leave coverage.


Remuneration package for this position is based on Grade 8 of Council's Salary System Protocol which equates to a base salary of $1066 - $1199 per fortnight plus superannuation.
