Do you have a passion for providing outstanding customer service in a lively and enjoyable environment? Join our team as a Casual Electronic Gaming Attendant and contribute to creating an engaging and vibrant atmosphere for patrons in both our Casino and VIP Lounge.

The Role

As an Electronic Gaming Attendant, you will receive training and license qualifications in the operation of casino gaming machines. You will have a genuine interest in the service and entertainment industry and enjoy engaging with customers to provide support with a variety of game types, jackpots, promotions and casino events.

About You

  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Statement of Attainment and Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) Statement of Attainment
  • Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and experience in hospitality or customer service roles
  • Minimum of 18 years of age and eligible to obtain a QLD Casino Employee License, both are mandatory pre-requisites
  • Willing to participate in training to learn the operation of casino gaming machines, jackpots, promotions and casino events, with a focus on supporting safer gambling practices
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, nights and public holidays
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and acquire new skills quickly
