VNS Nursing Agency is looking for Registered Nurses in the following fields:

  • Registered Nurses

SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Current registration with Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
  • Experience as a registered nurse in the various fields listed above
  • Demonstrated recent postgraduate clinical experience in a high acuity health care area such as intensive care, or emergency department.
  • Demonstrated ability to use problem solving skills and a multidisciplinary team approach in the planning, delivery and coordination of patient care
  • Demonstrated effective communication through the use of information technology, written, verbal and interpersonal skill with the ability to identify key messages, issues and concern when communicating with others
  • Knowledge and understanding of personcentered care, evidenced based practice and quality improvement
  • Demonstrated understanding of and ability to practice in accordance with legislation, policies and within the scope of practice of a Registered Nurse.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • You must have a current police check or be prepared to obtain one as a condition of employment

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Current registration with Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
  • Minimum of 1,248 hours of clinical experience.
