Reporting to the Head of Product Design, you will partner with engineering, marketing, sales, operations and factory staff to develop products that demonstrate great design, production readiness and evidence-based product-market fit.


You will have a good understanding of all stages of the design process and support the Head of Product Design & Senior Industrial Designer to deliver design projects on time, in full and on budget.


We are looking for someone who enjoys all stages of the design process, from design thinking research, to hands-on prototyping, collaborating internally, externally and more.

We're Interested in Hearing from People Who Have:

  • Degree qualified in Industrial and/or Product Design, or equivalent.
  • 12 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Understanding of design thinking skills and ability to utilise methods in practice
  • Strong ideation skills plus great visual and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proficient in SolidWorks 3D CAD with an ability to generate production ready drawings.
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite.
  • Ability to prototype concepts rapidly with a handson approach.
  • Experience working with sheet metal, castings and fabrication an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and in a closeknit team towards common goals.
