The Role


Given your experience as a Site Manager or Foreman in the fit-out or refurbishment sector, you're likely familiar with the responsibilities involved.


However, here's a quick confirmation:


Manage site set-up and engage with trades effectivelyCoordinate sub-contractors and site teams efficientlyEnsure adherence to the HSE plan and oversee safety protocolsDevelop and manage construction schedulesMaintain open communication with clients, engineers, and architects as requiredProvide accurate and timely reports on site progressIdentify and resolve construction issues promptly.

We're seeking a well-presented, hardworking, and career-focused Foreman/Site Manager with the following qualifications:Proven track record of delivering projects from start to completion as a Foreman or Site Manager, particularly in fit-out or refurbishment.

Excellent client facing communication skillsExperience with successfully delivering fast paced projects (typically 12 weeks), often in 'live' environments
