Assist with the management of a portfolio of clients and provide specialised analytical banking services to our client's customer base.

This role is ideal for a Banker or aspiring accounting professional who is seeking to develop exposure to complex client structures whilst building their relationship management skills.


  • Develop & maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on service & solutions
  • Handson experience and mentoring with the view to progress to a Relationship Management role in the future
  • Find reward in assisting with the growth and development of an existing portfolio of customers
  • Positive attitude and personable communicator
  • Effective relationship management skills
  • Previous exposure to commercial segments within the financial services industry desirable
  • A qualification in accounting, finance or business desirable
  • Previous financial analysis / credit assessment /or lending structure


THE ROLE | You will have an opportunity to showcase your skills and to develop an in-depth understanding of the industry and related services.

This role will allow you to develop exposure to a portfolio of clients whilst building your relationship management skills.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Researching and preparing credit submissions, deal structuring and financial analysis
  • Identifying risks presented by existing or new customers
  • Liaising with and providing solutions for an existing portfolio of clients
  • Working with varied stakeholders across the business
  • Assist in meeting revenue and compliance targets
