About the Company:


Our client is an award-winning residential builder who has ascended to being one of the leading names in the building industry.

They build 300 homes a year across the state and have an established team in the Hunter/Newcastle areas.

About the role:

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be accountable for the delivery of projects in the Hunter Valley area. Depending on experience, you will be handling up to 20 + dwellings at any one time.

As well as, Coordinate, program, and schedule jobs, trades, and materials. You will be managing the civil groundworks to completion and then handover. You will solve design and construction issues that arise on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in managing upwards of 15 projects at any one time
  • Past experience working with project homes or with Volume project home building
  • Technical experience and the ability to manage various trades onsite
  • Able to lead a team and oversee site staff
  • Liaise with internal office staff (Estimators, Drafters)
  • Have previous experience supervising on residential projects

Skills & Experience:

  • Cert 3 in Carpentry or Bricklaying
  • Cert 4 in Building and Construction
  • Current Drivers License
  • Experience with Volume project home building
  • Min 5 years' experience
