This is a perfect option for a second job as we are offering weekend only hours

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of glowinthedark sports disco and karaoke team members, ensuring a positive and highenergy work environment.
  • Oversee the daytoday operations of the glowinthedark sports activities, karaoke area, and disco, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Train and onboard new team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage customer interactions, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain inventory of equipment, supplies, and consumables, placing orders as needed to ensure seamless operations.
  • Uphold safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring the wellbeing of customers and staff at all times.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for business growth and enhanced customer experiences.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering their professional development.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, including promoting events, managing social media accounts, and engaging with customers online.
