As they continue to gather pace in 2023, they are looking to bring on a Social & Content Manager to join the Marketing team.
Reporting into an amazing leader, the role is a full time, permanent role. It's a hybrid position, 3 days in the office, 2 from home. You'll love the new offices with great new facilities, workspaces and a gym. Salary is $80k - $85k + super, plus company related bonus. You'll bring high energy, an entrepreneurial spirit and be ready to influence change. You'll champion the Social & Content for the business, developing and implementing content across all social media channels.To succeed in this role, you'll need to be up-to-date with the latest digital and social trends, and have a proven understanding of social media and influencer marketing.
You'll be confident, creative, and passionate about being the voice of the brand.Key accountabilities that you will drive include to;
- Develop and execute effective social media strategies that boost brand engagement and drive growth.
- Build the social media strategy to engage and grow the community, including driving the influencer marketing program of highprofile food, fitness and lifestyle content creators.
- Develop a comprehensive influencer content calendar that continually drives brand awareness and engagement that can be leveraged across all owned and earned channels.
- Spearhead the planning and execution of influencer and content creator strategies, integrating cultural, digital, and micro influencers within campaigns to establish brand recognition and drive social conversation.
- Proactively assess channel performance and influencer engagement to offer realtime feedback and identify opportunities for growth to the team.
- Design innovative, onbrand assets that align with our messaging and creative campaigns.
The ideal Marketer joining this amazing team will be one who has expertise and passion for managing and growing social media presence across a range of platforms and technologies, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
A natural team player who encourages a collaborative team environment where everyone can challenge the status quo and work together towards shared goals.
You'll be passionate about creating and sharing content, comfortable in front of the camera, showcasing photography skills, tutorials, PR, and networking.
